1. Using MenuPix
MenuPix is a discovery tool that helps you find restaurants and dishes. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use MenuPix.
2. Your account
You can browse without an account. If you create one, you’re responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly at hello@menupix.co if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that don’t belong to you.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, or circumvent its security features.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as expressly permitted.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where the law permits it.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
4. Content and information
Restaurant listings, dish information, images, hours, and other details are provided for general informational purposes. While we work to keep information useful and current, we don’t guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or up to date. Menus, availability, and prices change — confirm details directly with the restaurant before relying on them.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including the MenuPix name, logo, software, and design, is owned by MenuPix and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. These Terms don’t transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Third-party services
MenuPix relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, authentication, and push-notification services) and may link to third-party content or restaurants. We’re not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information will be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenuPix and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using MenuPix at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm MenuPix or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
